This treatment is perfect for you if:
- you are new to Irie Dreads,
- you have previously been to another Loctician, or
-you have maintained your own locs.
Your locs are already growing well, and you want them neat, well-groomed, and balanced again. With this appointment, we'll take extra time and attention to carefully assess the previous work and build on it. Working on existing work from another loctician simply requires more precision than a standard touch-up session—and we're happy to give you that opportunity.
When booking, you can indicate whether you prefer the crochet or interlocking method. Not sure? Don't worry—we'll advise you during the treatment on which one is best for your hair and loc journey.

Beach Locs maintenance is for clients with a minimum of 11 and a maximum of 30 locs throughout their hair, and who have had their hair updated or set within the last 3 months. the Irie Dreads Beach look.
Do you have more than 30 beach locs? Then select "Dread Maintenance" treatment in the menu.
Beach locs that are messy, have kinks, but don't quite need a 150-minute repair service, but could use a little more love than the standard beach loc treatment.

Retwist
This treatment carefully retouches the roots of your locs with a comb and natural locking gel. This ensures that your locs reconnect neatly to the scalp and can continue to grow in a beautiful, rounded, and natural way.
Do you have more than 100 locs, are longer than shoulder blade length, and/or haven't had a professional touch-up for more than three months? Then choose this treatment: the regrowth of your locs is carefully touched up with a comb and natural locking gel, a Retwist. This ensures that your locs reconnect neatly to the scalp and can continue to grow in a beautiful, rounded, and natural way.
More than 100 locs, longer than shoulder blade length, and/or haven't had a professional haircut for more than 3 months? Then choose this treatment:
Comb Retwist combo with a stylish finish of two locs (or 3/4) in rope twists. After touching up the roots with the comb and locking gel method, the locs are twisted together in a *Rope Twist* style. This gives your hairstyle a sleek and polished look and lasts longer! Perfect for hair types 3 and 4.
More than 100 locs, longer than shoulder blade length, and/or haven't had a professional haircut for more than 3 months? Then choose this treatment:
Comb Retwist combo with a stylish finish of 2, 3, or 4 locs in rope twists. After touching up the roots with the comb and locking gel method, the locs are twisted in pairs in a *Rope Twist* style. This gives your hairstyle a sleek and polished look and lasts longer.
Want a Rope Twist Style after your standard maintenance treatment? Then choose this extra add-on service from our menu! This can be done after a touch-up with crochet, interlocking, or a retwist. You just need to book it with your treatment!

The Loc RESET is a complete care and maintenance treatment for locs that need a fresh start. A real reset for your locs!
This treatment combines a Loc detox, cleansing and maintenance and is ideal if you want to reset your locs, provide them with in-depth care and bring them back into shape.

SOS Loc Care is a complete care and maintenance treatment for those who are about to give up their Loc Journey! Locs that have been neglected, smelly, have excessive buildup, or simply haven't had a good hair care routine for too long...
This treatment combines an extra long Loc detox, cleansing, wash & dry and XL Loc Repair maintenance and is ideal if you want to save your locs!
What does SOS LOC Care entail?

Dread Repair
A complete treatment of tucking/touching up and dreads that have not been touched up for 3-6 months, but have grown together, have weak spots and can no longer be done for a standard touch-up appointment.
Are your dreads longer than 6 months or have they never been touched up? If they're one big bird's nest, this XL repair is your savior! We got you!
Beach locs that haven't been touched up for more than three months and require a lot of maintenance, or beach locs whose dreads and loose hair have grown together, or beach locs whose extensions have fallen out and are hanging by a thread. Extensions that need to be replaced on beach locs (bring your own hair).

Getting Dreads
Starting dreadlocks for a full head of beautiful dreads
(for all hair types)
Depending on your hair length and desired dread thickness, a session will take between 6 and 8 hours. We charge a minimum of 5 hours for dread creation, at €525.
Send a photo of your current hair and an example photo of what you would like by email to iriedreadssalon@gmail.com or book an consult first.
On the day of your appointment, we'll examine your hair and determine the correct thickness/length for your locs together. The treatment time may differ from what you initially paid/reserved. Any additional hours will be charged to you at the salon.
Please note: the individual hourly rate is €99.00
Creating dreadlocks from your own hair with human hair extensions for longer length.

This hourly rate does not include hair extensions, which you must bring yourself. We can apply extensions before your appointment. Send an email to iriedreadssalon@gmail.com or book a consultation.
We estimate this treatment to take an average of 6-8 hours, depending on the length, number of locs extensions and the desired thickness, etc.
The hourly rate for making dreads with extensions is €95, excluding extensions. The online deposit is €625.
If the treatment lasts more than 6 hours, you will be charged for the remaining hours in the salon.

Getting Dreads with Undercut
Dreads on top. The center line from ear to ear is shaved like Michael B. Jordan in the Black Panther/Killmonger look (have your own/another hairdresser shave it beforehand).
The hair on top must be at least 15 cm long to be dreaded. We require a minimum of 3.5/4 hours of work for this appointment at €399.
This is a guideline and minimum for this treatment. If your treatment lasts longer, you will have to pay the remaining amount.

270 minutes—Dreads only on top and extensions. The bottom of your head is shaved/faded or shaved (have your own or another hairdresser shave it beforehand).
The hair on top must be at least 15 cm long to be dreaded. We require a minimum of 4.5 to 5 hours for the appointment, which costs €480.
This is a guideline and minimum for this treatment, if your treatment lasts longer you will have to pay the remaining amount.

Getting Beach locs
Loose Dreadlocks throughout your hair, from your own hair, at least 11 to a maximum of 30 locks of your own hair dreaded through your loose hair, for a beautiful beachy look!
We charge a minimum of 4 hours at €425.
If we take longer, the remaining amount for the extra hours will be charged to you on the day of the appointment.

A full beach look with extensions, it's possible!
11 to 30 dreads throughout your hair, using your own hair and human hair extensions for extra length. (See eBook)
We maintain a minimum of 5 hours as treatment time at €525.
If we take longer, we will charge you for the extra time at the salon, at an hourly rate of €99.

Want some dreads at the bottom but no idea how many, and have your own extensions you'd like to have attached? Then choose a one-hour beach locs session.
A lot can be accomplished in an hour. If more time is needed, we can add another hour, and you'll pay the additional hourly rate at the salon.

What to expect: scrub - steam - wash - head massage - conditioner - blow-dry (for locs up to below the shoulder blade)
Our 'Loc Spa Wash & Dry XL': scrub - steam - wash - head massage - conditioner - extended drying time. (For long locks or a large number of locks, e.g., more than 100)
The Loc Detox is like a deep cleanse and wellness retreat for your hair! What we do: Natural detoxing (2 or 3 times as needed) - steaming - shampoo - head massage - conditioner - blow-drying - optionally, scalp oil as desired.
